I bought all brand-new Dell blade servers so that's probably the main reason it was fine. IP-based kickstart boot, anaconda provisioning, it only took one person to monitor a server's setup. The point is that managing on-prem equipment is the easiest its ever been. When I started the ratio of admin to box was 1:50, now it's easily 1:300.
