No, that’s not what they said.
Such statements can hurt a business and in this case it would be a pity since the business in question is doing everything they can to serve their customers.
- brongondwana 8y agoThank you :) That is indeed not what we said - though we were pretty sure we would be taken out of context and the "there's a risk of somebody being asked to do this and that creates staff uncertainty" would be seen as "we've definitely already done this" :( Unsurprisingly, that's happened.
