Can't wait to see the meat substitutes (Impossible, Beyond Meat) break away from their current association with luxury foods and become much cheaper. When I met two guys from Impossible ~3 years ago they told me they wanted to make a ground beef substitute at $0.20 a pound. That would, as PG says, make it almost indefensible to eat real beef in many situations.
