Well, not exactly 100% free. VirtualBox itself is free -- but you need a copy of Windows to install on it (which is most certainly not free!) I use VirtualBox

Well, not exactly 100% free. VirtualBox itself is free -- but you need a copy of Windows to install on it (which is most certainly not free!) I use VirtualBox, and highly recommend it.
