Third question: would you consider this for more highly educated roles like machine learning or Recurse Center-like fellows? Basically people who are already highly technical who want to become more specialized.
- asd33313131 8y agoYep, we aren't set up for that right now but that's where this is going - giving people, at various stages in their career, a significant block of time/money and guidance to focus on increasing their skills.
