Is it possible for experienced backend developers to get into the program? I'm thinking someone like myself that has been programming in C# and would like to make a transition to frontend development.

So you take another C# job that pays you the same. But now you have to give Modern Labor 15 % of your pay. You are taking a chance that the new job will pay you at least 15% more than your current one after 5 months.
