How are people supposed to do this unless they are unemployed?
Don't probation periods already exist?
- FrankZappa42 8y agoPerhaps take some time off from current job?
- detaro 8y agoPTO is scarce enough for most people to make that a fairly unattractive offering. Not even getting into things like that many are required to report paid work for others to their employers etc.
- scj 8y agoThere could be complications if the applicant is already working for a competitor or in an adjacent sector. It would effectively create a filter against ideal candidates.
