"wealthy" is bad I guess..your socialist stripes are showing...that being said, i know plenty of poor people that would love to speed.
another benefit is that this would help with unclogging the courts with tickets and reduce the strain on the criminal justice system.
- jacobolus 8y agoWealthy people are not inherently bad. But this part of Orange County has a culture of extremely aggressive and entitled driving by folks in very expensive cars. Among the most dangerous and unpleasant driving I have experienced anywhere in the USA.
