edit: i a word
- stronglikedan 8y agoPossibly the lack of adoption for native browser support.
- throwawaymath 8y agoAside from the nontrivial security mechanisms that would be required to implement it safely, is there another reason why native browser support for torrenting doesn't exist yet?
- leetcrew 8y agoI suspect it just doesn't look good from a PR perspective. who wants to be first to get slammed in the press for enabling piracy?
- Cthulhu_ 8y agoIIRC Opera used to have support for it at some point.
- StreamBright 8y agoMore like the lack of possibility of injecting ads and collecting data while using BT.
- nullinson 8y agoBrave browser has a built in torrent client, IIRC.
