Exactly my thoughts. Though Amazon should have done this in the first place instead of doing that awful HQ2 search spectacle. Another thing that jumps out when reading this editorial from the mayor is how strange it is to see him acknowledge Amazons behavior with the min wage tax increase in Seattle that they threw a tantrum about, and yet still he invited them to come to NYC with the tax breaks on a silver platter.
