How is an ICBM not already a lethal, autonomous robot? I think they may mean affordable lethal autonomous robots.
- shusson 8y agoI think they don't want algorithms to make high level ethical decisions like whether to fire the ICBM. It's a thin line though between firing and correctly navigating to a target.
