Suppose Facebook or Twitter were incorporated as a non-US company. Would the US gov still be able to regulate them?

- pixl97 8y agoIf they want to accept money from US based companies. Otherwise if you want to accept US money and manipulate US public opinions you can get put on lists of businesses that are prohibited to deal with.
