The stock Activity Monitor app provides a sparse-looking version of this (double-click a process, then select 'Open Files and Ports')
- plorkyeran 8y agoActivity Monitor makes it reasonably easy to check which files a process has open, but does not reasonably handle the inverse case of checking which processes have a specific file open.
