- scarejunba 8y agoWhat? I want my acquaintances to be able to give me a ring if they found my number through mutual friends. That’s a good thing. Preventing or discouraging that would be bullshit.
- sk5t 8y agoIn the accepted meaning, a "cold call" is an unsolicited commercial call. Nobody is looking to saddle non-commercial personal calls with fines or prior consent.
