This is a nice simple mixing function on newer Intel chips. But since the XOR doesn't increase entropy, I think you can save a cacheline load of the 0xDEADBEEF constant by passing _mm_setzero_si128() instead of _mm_set1_epi32(0xDEADBEEF).
