The reason Amazon doesn't make a lot of money (and thus pay a lot of income tax) is because they keep hiring people to make new stuff. What more do you want out of a company?

I don't know... pay living wages, don't create a survivor-based working environment, have people pee in bottles to meet their quotas, install ACs instead of hiring paramedics for heat stroke victims even if it's more expensive, pay your taxes for the infrastructure you're using, don't be a monopsony, don't astroturf local government discussions in order to have your way, I could go on.
