Ask HN: HN-Like Community for Product Managers?

Here on HN I often struggle to delve onto business topics that are related to tech. (e.g. business consequences of company X implementing feature Y, or anything patio11 usually writes about) Topics that still require some dev knowledge but are about business decisions. Although such conversations do take place every once in a while, it is no secret that, over here, a conversation about the pros and cons of node.js would certainly gather more average traction. I know there are communities around designers and alike, marketers and alike (although growthhackers.com has a so so signal to noise ration)...what about PMs?
