Data-driven design rarely inspires culture and emotional identity. For that you need to start with a vision.
- aik 16y agoAnd successfully turn that into a shared vision. In one of my startups a personal vision unfortunately never translated across and so didn't affect much in terms of culture, emotion, or dedication.
