Allowing people to "sign" away their 7th amendment rights, in some cases in order to simply maintain already paid for services, is ridiculous. Arbitration should be between equal parties (i.e. businesses, you and your neighbor) or you should only agree to it with advice from a lawyer. These clauses are just more corporate abuse.
