Yeah I always think this way with just about every code/system problem. "If the fucking developers were not so stupid this would never be a problem" The issue is I've never worked at a company without at least a few dumb and/or lazy developers. I've done freelance and trying to do it all myself, but its just too time consuming. So, I dunno, I've learned to accept rules like this just to curb the stupidity some.
