In my narrow mental model I've always heard the claim that HTML and CSS is the purest form of document representation. A static site that can not get any more lean then that. And yet after removing the JavaScript (the source of all evil on the net) the site still can not handle the traffic and offers a 500 internal server error!!! Really? they can't serve static HTML on a site that is promoting static HTML features?
