We are responsible as citizens for pushing the political regulations for the dangerous consequences(AI's effects). It seems that politicians won't do it because they are interested in all this non-sense theories, it makes easy for them to introduce all kind of sneaky ideas that will benefit their agenda. They don't want us to think clearly about the power they have through technology and services being deployed continously. They won't do it at least we coerce them to do it.
