Okay only some advertising may be coercive, such as, ads that try to change my mind, ads that try to convince me to buy something I might not have bought otherwise, or ads that try to encourage me to continue to act or feel in certain way.
- omarchowdhury 8y agoIf you don't want to participate in the marketplace then block the ads.
- pnw_hazor 8y agoI do. And, some sites do their best to remind how immoral I am for doing so. If the site is an ad-block denier, I just add them to my blacklist and move on with my life.
