- victornomad 8y agoI saw wayfire last week and looks cool, a bit of compiz/beryl revival on wayland :) I think sway is prety nice as it is but I would love to see a few things to make it feel "modern" - round borders - simple drop shadows - a way to add small effects when opening/closing/selecting windows. I was wondering how difficult would it be to allow run custom shaders on those actions. So for example one could implement very easily fade in/outs, gray out all the windows except the selected, and custom effects, etc... just adding something in the config file like on_selected_glsl: 'path_to_fragment.glsl (unixporn community would love it :) Anyway, I'm pretty happy on the current state, so thanks for the amazing work :)
