That's a weird way to spin it. Much more useful and interesting, to me, is that UBI recipients weren't any less likely to get jobs. That implies that UBI will not--as some fear--in fact lead to a bunch of lazy, parasitic layabouts. They're still trying to find work, they're just happier and healthier while they're doing it.
