How much money do you think musicians make on spotify? Do you think it's any better than it was before, or do you think spotify probably takes advantage of musicians? Additionally, spotify has pretty much destroyed retail and online album sales (ignoring record sales), effectively forcing musicians to use the service. Unless spotify is paying everyone well, they probably aren't the benevolent actor you make them out to be.
