- shadowbannedtoo 8y ago"The needs of the rest?" You mean the needs of the wealthy whom can afford luxury condos? The wealthy are not the rest. They are the few. (The reason why NY, and SF always yack about condos is because the wealthy don't want to build apartments. Heavens forbid some sad sack gets rent-control?)
