Sped off at a high rate of speed "sped off at a high rate of speed". Is that proper english? >DRIVER ADMITTED HE WAS RUNNING LATE TO WORK AND THOUGHT HE WAS GOING 130 MPH NOT 137 MPH that's a 80pmh zone. Is there some cutoff at 130 that would have made the driver's situation better if below 130?!
