Is the implication here that even after going all the way up to the CEO, Vodafone still only fixed it because of your association with your company?

- jomar 8y agoI think the implication is that Vodafone later doxxed mywacaday's work persona and retaliated. Classy.
- MereInterest 8y agoI think the implication is that despite contacting the CEO through a personal email address, Vodafone looked up his employer on LinkedIn and complained to them. From the sound of it, this would be petty revenge from the customer service department, who didn't like having been put in the spotlight for poor customer service.
- wycy 8y agoOh, wow, reading it more carefully I see you're right. That's much worse than I thought.
- xkcd-sucks 8y agoReciprocity- The customer complains to the CSE's CEO; the CSE complains to the customer's CEO
- mywacaday 8y agoI had contacted Vodafone through a work email address as gmail was blocked where I work. I think the case was flagged as corporate as I made the call on my blackberry and the call was flagged as a corporate customer.
