"hey, those of you with depression, did it make you angry at everything and did anti depressants help" was the question I asked the day I finally started getting help. (I was in the middle of almost getting fired over a dress code violation as entry level retail) I don't know if the help has really helped over the long term but recognizing that incandescent rage at people saying 'good morning' to me as a sign of an incoming down swing has at least helped me keep an eye on myself.
