From the applicant side: Why are you hiring for this role? Is it a new position, or did someone leave it?
- insomniacity 8y agoYes, always my number one applicant question. I even had one interview where that question basically lead to the interviewer explaining just how bad it was, and how unlikely it was that I actually wanted the job (and I had no reason to believe that was a trick or bluff). I certainly left feeling like I dodged a bullet.
