  This article speculates but doesn't provide any actual evidence of anything other than the fact that they probably get compensated for reporting on things that impact the market... Which makes sense considering the nature of their publication. It doesn't provide any proof that they encourage bogus reporting for the purpose of manipulating the market. There's a difference.
