The crime is not well-defined. Meanwhile, there's this out without further explanation: "No person shall be held liable under this section for any activity protected by the First Amendment to the Constitution of the United States.’’
- curuinor 8y agoLots of legislation effectively leaves it to courts to hash the actual specifics out. Courts can only rule on specific examples, so it prevents a genre of legal stupidity.
