Love the pi but lack of sleep mode makes it inadequate for off-grid IoT. No dual sta/ap mode also a problem. Over/under voltage indication cannot be relied on.

Love the pi but lack of sleep mode makes it inadequate for off-grid IoT. No dual sta/ap mode also a problem. Over/under voltage indication cannot be relied on. All in all great for hobbiest grade, should not be used beyond.
- steverweber 8y agoSeems that the hardware is capable of sleep mode.. however the devs are not supporting it in their closed source firmware.
