Internet is only different bc VC bucks were willing to tolerate porn for some time, like in tumblr case. Time is up, so everyone has to play by society rules now.
- Mirioron 8y agoThe problem isn't the BMW ad. It's more about BMW refusing to sell me a car because I'm open about porn.
- nopriorarrests 8y agowell, then it's not "Sex censorship killed the internet we love", it's "fcsk! world does not work the way I want". go to BMW marketing dept and pitch them the value of being advertised next to mature lady sucking two huge young cocks. maybe they really miss this opportunity and it will make them millions? I dont know.
- monadgonad 8y agoAre you just going to keep talking about advertising? Because it's not about advertising.
- nopriorarrests 8y agonah. as long as advertising stays the most popular way for site owners to pay the costs -- this is about advertising, sorry. once patreons or subscriptions will become bigger -- we will talk. but as of now, it's about advertising.
- Chinjut 8y agoWhat a facile response. EVERY complaint is "Fuck! The world does not work the way I want". That is the nature of complaint. It doesn't mean it's pointless to ever complain. One can reasonably desire and agitate for the world to work differently than it does.
