  It does, but Chrome ignores it. I have no idea about FF, since I have developer FF, and it had dark mode before OS X did. (So, I presume it also "ignores" it, since it was dark when the system wasn't.) But AFAIK, FF dark mode doesn't apply to the controls within the page, only the browser chrome.
