At some stage my company charged exactly that for me and I was getting paid $17. It's up to you to accept or not this price, but bear in mind the company might have other expenses like office space, sales people, administrative staff, etc. So the company needs to factor in some of these into your hourly rate. I'd say the real rates though depend much more on market: how much employees are being paid and how much is it possible to charge customers
