Show HN: CAPROI – A real restate investment tool with pre-calculated CAP rates

We'd like to show you CAPROI, a real estate search platform that has the CAP rate of every property in the US pre-calculated. By using filters it is able to display only the properties with CAP rates that meet a minimum threshold across the country. So when an investor is looking to invest they can target the properties with highest return. We started a month ago or so and collection about 100MM listings as well as rental data, crime statistics, neighborhood data, surrounding stores, unemployment rates, population growth and every other piece of publicly available that we could think of.
