Don't work 12 hour days especially when it seems you are wasting a lot of your time.
You just need better planning. I posted the method that I use and I am really productive [0].
Since March 2016 I do 9 hours a day, 7 days a week. That's 63 hours a week.
Of course, I would love to do more but I end up being frazzled.
