I agree that we shouldn't take every Reddit post as truth but it makes sense in the culture Amazon portrays. Also there hasn't been anybody that offers a counter perspective into the inner workings (that I have seen). True or not, it would be interesting to see the companies that do practice this and what kind of workplace culture they put forward. Edit: Formatting.
