- dan-robertson 8y agoWell typically people give tips under the understanding that they are supplementing the worker’s income, rather than the company’s bottom line
- steve19 8y agoIf I give you a tip surely it should benefit you. In this case the tip soley benefits instacart.
- kregasaurusrex 8y agoSome states have a minimum wage for tipped employees; where Washington only has a flat minimum wage for both tipped and untipped workers.
- diminoten 8y agoIn many states you only have to pay the difference between the "tipped minimum wage" and the actual minimum wage if the employee didn't make enough tips to cover the difference.
