Should the engineers who were responsible for this be punished or retrained?
- wilkskyes 8y agoSurprised at the down votes here, is this to imply that things should just carry on as usual with no real consequence or remedy?
- frou_dh 8y agoThe more pertinent question in this kind of situation is to the Lead/Architect. Namely, why have you created an environment in which quality can slip like this, and what are you going to change?
