Venkat Subramaniam has a signature presentation style built around live coding interspersed with live construction of his discussion topics inside his editor. The first recent example of this live coding style I found is https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kG2SEcl1aMM https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kG2SEcl1aMM I have never been bored in these talks!

+1 For Venkat. I haven’t come across another speaker who can code and talk and teach all at the same time like he can. He even manages to be funny. I have a lot of love for this guy
