Looks German. Buch = 'bookh', similar to 'ach' or 'Bach'. Some Germans will pronounce this closer to 'boosh' Heit = 'height', as in 'Gesundheit'

  Boosh-ite, I'd guess. You'd need two aitches for bookh-hite.
