Have fun getting smartcard logon working on a desktop Linux machine (unless you've got a full-blown enterprise PKI in place -- and, even then, it's still gonna be fun).
(cue the "but I did it with a Yubikey" responses)
- Spivak 8y agoOr you could use a hosted solution like Duo which has a PAM module which is dead simple to use. Or pam_google_authenticator.
