This is an excellent article. I was bullied when I was in highschool and guess what? I fought back and they backed down. It not only made me overcome the bullies, but it gave me greater confidence in my adult years to not take crap from anyone. Additionally people rarely change so those bullies you faced back in your childhood are sitting around you at your place of work as well. Do not let them have the time of day, and do not give in to them, fight back.
