Two questions:
1. How much is 97% of 3% ?
2. Why did the writer used such technique to make it sound big ?
- larntz 8y ago1. 0.3 * 0.97 = 2.91 2. I don't think the author is trying to make it sound big, but they could have worded it differently. I think the author is making two points: > a. 3% of all downstream traffic is file-sharing traffic. > b. 97% of file sharing traffic is bittorrent.
