- zanny 8y agoPre 900 series Nvidia GPUs would, I think, since Nouveau wasn't forced to use signed nvidia firmware until the 900.

- glglwty 8y agoMany old gpus store firmwares in non-volatile memory so that OS doesn't need to load them. Such gpus work with linux-libre as long as there is a free driver.
