1 fantastic developer would often be worth '15 really good developers'.
- dnsworks 16y agoI don't buy it, not from a company as large as Google who has more institutionalized about scaling and building web properties. Just because it sounds really cool that Google throws gobs of money at engineers doesn't necessarily make it the best approach. It sounds like a fear-driven tactic, and if they're that worried about keeping talent, they're probably not going to put that good talent to use anyways.
