I wouldn't say that a vore or zombie fetishist wants to be eaten, eat people or have sex with the dead, nor would I say that a My Little Pony fetishist wants to have sex with horses, and to use a more common example: people into incest pornography (which appears to be extremely popular online, much more so than the rate of incest crimes reported) don't generally want to have sex with their family members and people with rape fantasies generally don't want to rape or be raped.
